SCM Morbidelli N100
The heart of the shop, almost every project starts its journey on our 3-axis cnc router. With its high precision and flexibility, paired with a 5' x 12' cutting area we cut wood, plastic, and non-ferrous metals into a multitude of shapes and designs.
SCM ME40 EVO
Just as important as the CNC but twice as finicky, a shops edgebander plays the critical role of machine applying the the finished edge material to the cut parts. The SCM ME40 EVO provides a fully automated system for applying edging of various materials such as PVC, Veneer Tape, and Hardwood! As well as various profiling capabilities to finish the edge as specfied.
16' FINISH BOOTH
A state of the art 16' open face finish booth hooked up with a 3HP industrial exhaust fan and filter wall, we are able to provide premium sprayed finishes from stain to paint, all while providing a safe and well exhausted environment for our finisher to work in.
DUST COLLECTION
Industrial size dust collector with a powerful 15HP motor creating over 5,000CFM of dust collecting suction! Keeping our machinery clean of dust while operating and improving air quality within the shop.
15HP SCREW COMPRESSOR
As a wood shop, almost all machinery has a compressed air component to operate. Equipped with a 15HP screw compressor and air dryer we have all the air we need to run all machines without loss of pressure.
